Haya Guest House

We felt tense throughout the stay. Even simple questions seemed to annoy the owners at Haya Guest House, and we were made to feel like a problem just for being there. There was no warm welcome or friendliness from the start, only attitude. Service was basically zero, and it really spoiled the visit. In a guest house, I expect at least basic politeness. I wouldn’t return or recommend it. There are better places where guests are treated with respect. (HAYA,Go start ur paragraph as reply)

Noise went on constantly, so it was hard to rest or sleep. The room also seemed poorly cleaned, and the hygiene was unacceptable. We even saw signs of rats, which is completely unacceptable in accommodation. Staff were rude and unhelpful from the start, with basically no customer service. For what they charge, this place doesn't meet basic standards. I had a terrible stay and wouldn't recommend it. 🤮🥴🤢

The room was spacious, lovely, and very clean, with a comfortable double bed. It also had a large TV with Netflix, plus a kettle, small fridge, and microwave. The host was friendly and gave me a front door key, so I could come and go as I pleased. There’s a table and chairs in the front garden too, handy for some fresh air and a cheeky cigarette. Excellent guesthouse.

The room had an unbelievable amount of mold, and the place stank of cigarettes. I asked the woman if she could smoke somewhere else, but she told me, “ur staying at my guest house so don’t bother trying to tell me what to do.” The owners didn't even offer a glass of water, let alone breakfast. Ew. Definitely do not recommend.
