We had such a lovely anniversary break, and will definitely book again. The hut is cute and relaxing, with nice views, a hot tub and a BBQ area. Being somewhere rural, quiet and peaceful made it really restful. Karen was so helpful whenever we had a question and looked after us so well. Booking directly through their website also got us a bottle of prosecco and some chocolate, which went really well with the hot tub. Thanks for such an amazing time. We absolutely loved it.

12.March.23......We spent the weekend here and had a lovely time. Everything we needed was there, including a bed, shower, log burner, cooking things, drinks and cleaning supplies. The hut and location are beautiful, and all those little touches made it feel just right. It's a very relaxing spot. Bring plenty of wood for the hot tub. We'd definitely visit again and have recommended it to family and friends.

We loved the shepherd's hut, which had all the luxuries while still feeling simple and natural. We could wander around the lake, BBQ every day, use the fire pit and relax in the hot tub. The fish were beautiful, and it amused me how they knew exactly where to wait for people passing by with food. The donkeys were quiet and well-behaved too. There's total privacy here, and it's peaceful and quiet, just right for getting away from the everyday bustle and being left alone if that's what you want. Karen is nearby if you need anything. We were almost thinking about claiming squatters' rights, hehe. We adored everything about the place and will definitely be back sooner rather than later. Thank you Heywood glamping for the best time ever!!! Xx

We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely be back. The place was beautiful, even better than the pictures, and so clean. It was perfect for a relaxing break, and we loved every minute. The owners were lovely and happy to help with anything. We picked the hottest day of the year and needed lots of ice, which they brought over without a fuss. They even brought us a bottle of red wine. Can't thank them enough xx

Such a private little hut, with stunning views. The owner was really kind and put up happy birthday banners for us when we asked. Can't wait to go back.
