I loved it. The locals at the bar were friendly, and when you're away from home on your own, this is just the sort of quintessentially English pub that feels like a joy, with Thai food as a bonus. I’d walked past all week and now wish I hadn’t waited. The Thai meal was truly delicious, and the service was great. Miranda at lunchtime and Leonie in the evening were both personable and helpful. Go enjoy!

The mains were excellent, beautifully presented, and the beers tasted good. We ordered the "B" sharing dinner for two. The starters were okay, and you definitely won't leave hungry. The welcome and service throughout dinner were so friendly. This was a return visit, and we'll be back again.

There’s a good choice of dishes, all freshly cooked, and the Thai food is excellent. Nice bonus that they also have real ale and decent wine.

We stopped in for lunch on a weekday. There was only one other customer, though I’m sure it gets much busier. The freshly cooked Thai food was delicious. I’ll certainly come back for more.
