Breakfast was very limited, far below what we expected. There were no basics like tomatoes, olives, or cheese. Even the chocolate served with the coffee was half-open, which added to the feeling that details weren’t being cared for. It was very quiet and deserted, almost like staying alone in a “haunted house.” For comfort, I don’t think this is suitable for families with children. We told the hotel when booking that we’d be traveling with a baby, but our room had a non-functioning air conditioner. At night the heating switched off by itself and we were very cold, and there was nobody available to contact about these problems. On entering the room, we found an insect in the bathroom, a hair in the bathroom, and a stain on the pillow. The rooms looked old, apart from the bathroom. We weren’t satisfied with our stay, and the hotel definitely didn’t meet our expectations. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration and the necessary improvements are made.

Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice, fresh and tasty food, fresh juice, and great coffee. The team made the stay lovely. They were super friendly, helpful, and professional. My room was clean, very comfortable, well equipped, and had free off-street parking. The city centre was an easy 15 mins bus ride away. There was a coffee machine, a selection of tea, and biscuits in my room, with milk in the reception fridge. You can use that fridge for your own things too. Nes gave me a city map and listed the bus numbers to take, which broadly run every 5 mins during the day. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Breakfast was the best bit, it was delicious! The home made museli, bread, jams and marmalade were sooo lovely, the eggs were locally sourced, and the chefs omelettes tasted amazing 👏 Breakfast was included, and I’ll definitely return. Lovely place to stay. The room was great, with a very comfy bed and good provisions in the room.

Breakfast had a good range to choose from. I went for eggs and tomato, and Lemar and the team were friendly, professional, and quick with the food. The room was quiet and very clean, with a really comfortable bed and everything I needed, including a small coffee maker and toiletries. Nes gave me a warm, thorough welcome. I can't fault this lovely little hotel and will definitely stay again.

The breakfast was to die for 👍, and the whole team made our stay such a pleasure. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff, and the rooms were fantastic. We'll definitely be back. Thank you! Simon and Jane Snell
