The staff were so sweet and accommodating. My mom was really unwell, so we called to ask for an early check-in and they got the room ready so she could lie down. The hotel was very clean and good value for its location near the airport and amenities. Breakfast was very good for a hotel buffet, too.

The room was great, and the service from Nathan at reception was wonderful. I arrived early and was worried about waiting, but he checked me in ahead of time. I was fasting the next morning and thought breakfast might start after 6, while the fast ended around 5:20. Luckily, the hotel's continental breakfast starts at 3.

Reception staff were energetic, polite and helpful, with nothing to fault there. The room, though, was dirty and stained, including heavily marked carpets, as shown in the photos. There's no shuttle bus at this airport hotel either, so getting to the terminal is awkward if you're carrying more than one case.

We could walk to the airport in about four minutes with just a cabin bag, which made this a really convenient place to stay. Our room was clean, warm and comfortable, check-in went smoothly, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We ended up at Marriott Glasgow Airport after leaving the hotel we'd originally booked because it had no heating. I called first and explained what had happened, and Tom was very helpful in checking whether a room was available. We had a great experience and will definitely stay again.

No plane noise at all, which was a surprise, and the rooms were spotless. Breakfast was great and the price was very competitive. It's handy for everything, though getting there on foot is a bit tricky at first. The staff gave us really helpful directions, and once you've got the route, reaching the terminal and buses is easy. I'll definitely book again.
