Lyn and David made both me and my autistic brother feel welcome and well looked after. The breakfast was great and kept us going for the day. The room had everything we needed and was really comfortable, and the location worked well too, with a big supermarket and bus stops nearby and the centre only a few minutes away on foot. I’d absolutely recommend staying here in Penrith.

Room four felt bright and airy, and the en suite was cleverly fitted into the space. We slept really well, and the little details like the DAB radio and carafe of water made it feel homely. Roger was a lovely host and happy to help with anything. Breakfast had continental choices as well as a full cooked option, plus a great pot of tea. It’s close to central Penrith, with off street parking if you need it. We’d happily come back if we’re in the area again.

Room 2 was spacious and very comfortable, and it was handy to have off street parking. We were in Penrith for the Winter Droving, and the Guest House is an easy walk from everything in town. Lyn and Dave were such friendly hosts. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this little gem.

Breakfast was amazing, and there were good options for celiac and lactose intolerant guests. We had three rooms, all with the things we needed, including tea and coffee, a radio, TV, plenty of storage, clean rooms, hot showers and big fluffy towels. The place is quiet and homely, with free parking and a great spot in central Penrith. Roger was a super welcoming owner and host. We’ll definitely return. Thanks for everything.

Lyn and David were fantastic and did so much to make us comfortable. They even found me lots of pillows to use instead of the pregnancy pillow I couldn’t bring because it was too big, and they also supplied an iron and board. The bed was comfier than the one at home. The rooms and bathrooms were cosy and well cared for, and breakfast had cereals, fruit and yoghurt as well as a cooked option. We’ve just returned from a lovely visit. Thank you to the owners.
