The room was small but thoughtfully arranged, and the comfortable bed made for a good night’s sleep. The owners were gracious hosts and helped me get oriented in Penzance. We went out to explore ancient ruins in the countryside and enjoyed the local food.

A lovely guest house in a convenient spot for the sea front promenade. The hosts were very friendly and made me feel welcome. My room was very clean and tidied every day. All in all, an excellent place to stay in penzance.

We really enjoyed our three-night stay and would highly recommend it. The owners were very friendly, and the place was immaculately clean. It’s a two-minute walk to the sea and close to all amenities. The room was small but very comfortable, with a double bed, en-suite and tea and coffee facilities. A good base whether you're here for business or pleasure.

The hosts were like ninjas, I only saw them once, but came back after a day out to find my room cleaned. It’s good value, with very clean rooms in a convenient location. I found parking without too much trouble. If you’re heading to Penzance and need somewhere to stay, give it a go.

It’s a period house, with the usual advantages and inconveniences that come with that. The rooms are very small but clean, and the owner is friendly. The location is central and good, though parking in front of the property isn’t very easy.
