We've stayed here twice now and would happily return. The apartment is spotless, nicely decorated and has everything you need, with its own parking space. The beach is very close, and local amenities are nearby too. There's a good selection of pubs and restaurants around, plus a Co-op about five minutes away.

We had fabulous sea and beach views from both the lounge and the large balcony at 36 The Dunes. The lounge was comfortable, with two leather sofas, and there was outdoor furniture on the balcony. The cushions were worn and due for replacement, though, and the lounge wall had dark marks that needed repainting. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils, good appliances, and a decent-sized worktop. The bedrooms were comfortable, but storage was a real problem: the main bedroom had just one tiny wardrobe and the second had none. There wasn't room to hang clothes for four people. The bathrooms were good, though neither had a toilet roll holder. Duchy holidays handled the arrangements well and gave us all the information we needed. They even rang to say the apartment was ready much earlier than expected, which was great news. Still, the week was very expensive, and for that price I expected a pristine place with enough wardrobe space. We'd looked forward to eating again at The Summerhouse restaurant beneath the apartments, where we'd had a lovely meal before. Since 2020 it seems to have gone downhill. This time the menu was poor and the food quality didn't justify the high prices, so we were disappointed. No 4 Bistro had better food and a good choice of dishes.

We spent a month in this brilliant two-bedroom flat while we were moving. It was super clean and had everything you could need for a long stay. The owner has it all well set up.

From the apartment you can see the dunes, and it's nicely decorated, clean and well cared for. Cross the car park and you're on the beach, with the beach pub about 100 metres further along.

We've stayed here twice, both times with our dog, and this latest visit was with a young baby too. It's a lovely, comfortable apartment, just a short walk from the beach. I'm sure we'll be back.
