I was so pleased with the comfort and service here. I've paid twice as much at swanky places and not had the same experience. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the shower room was well appointed. There was parking, the welcome was lovely, and the location was handy. And the breakfast was amazing. I stayed two or three years ago and still remember it. Excellent value, and I'd happily recommend it.

We stayed three nights at Adam guest house and were really happy with it. The host was sweet and polite, and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast had loads of tasty choices, arrived on time, and we could pick when we wanted to eat. The tea tray was a treat too, with a great selection of chocolates and teas. The bed, bathroom, towels, and toiletries were all good. It's conveniently close to the city centre and main attractions. Thanks, Stewart and Josie, for looking after us so nicely.

I booked after reading the earlier reviews and wasn't disappointed. The ground-floor room suited my mobility needs, and the host gave us a warm welcome with clear COVID hygiene guidance in place. It was warm and clean, with plenty of towels, a clean bathroom, tea and coffee, free WiFi, and a TV. I had a comfortable night, then a fantastic breakfast with lots of choice: fruit, fresh raspberries and yogurt, toast and tea, followed by a full Scottish breakfast. I'll happily recommend it to friends and family and stay again when I'm passing through Perth.

Breakfast at Adams Guest House was a lovely start to the day, with plenty of tasty options. The city centre is just a short walk away, too. I recently stayed there in Perth and felt welcome from the moment I came through the door. It surpassed everything I expected.

Stuart gave us a warm welcome, and the rooms were fresh and clean. We slept really well in the comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing, with strawberries, tea, toast, and pancakes, and Stuart pointed us toward some great places to eat. As we were leaving, he even gave my little brother a packet of candies!
