There was a fantastic view from our room, which was lovely and comfortable, and the shower was great. We were welcomed right at the car, then shown straight to our room. The simple registration form was there for us to fill in whenever we wanted. Homemade scones with clotted cream and jam were waiting, along with some lovely teas. I liked the Rhubarb Rooibos so much I’ve already ordered some online. Breakfast was excellent, everything was spotless, and the location was great. Great value too. They really had thought of everything, and we’ll definitely return.

David really went out of his way to make us feel welcome and well looked after. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the location in Perth is very convenient, and breakfast was incredible. I can’t recommend this guesthouse enough, and I’d love to stay again.

Breakfast was fresh, delicious and beautifully done, and the service throughout our stay was amazing. The room was spotless and comfortable, and on arrival we found tasty scones and biscuits with lovely coffee. David’s warmth and attentiveness made us feel welcome from the start. Every detail at The Townhouse seemed carefully considered, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you, David, for making it so memorable. We couldn’t recommend the place more highly.

I walked easily from the train station to The Townhouse, about half a mile along flat roads. It’s centrally located, with a lovely view of the park, and the property looks just like the photos. I was there for a wedding, and they steamed my dress at the last minute. Laundry is free. The house and rooms were immaculate, with plenty of amenities that show how much the owners care about the details. The beautifully put-together space gave me just the Georgian-style English B&B experience I’d hoped for. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Their hospitality experience shows throughout the house. It was a dream of a stay, absolutely breathtaking. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely return. Well done, David & Laurent!

The little extras, including the homemade jam and scones, really topped off our stay. David was welcoming and available to help with any questions. We spent a couple of nights at The Townhouse recently and had a superb experience across the board: five stars for the location, accommodation, food and service.
