Hyde Park is an easy walk away, Paddington Station is just around the corner, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby. It’s a practical base for concerts and sightseeing. I was travelling alone for a long weekend and mainly needed a place to sleep and have breakfast. The compact room was very clean, and the staff were courteous and efficient.

Mark at reception was really nice, kind, and respectful, and the rest of the staff were lovely too. For tourists, this place is well worth it. Paddignton station is close by, with restaurants and markets around, so you’ve got what you need nearby.

The rooms are very small, and the breakfast was average in both quality and quantity. Service overall was average too. They only provided four small milk pots for the room tea and coffee, and reception refused to give me more. Not worth the money.

The staff were nice, but our room was very small. They should let guests know there’s no lift. I had to carry a heavy case up three flights of stairs. We were in a front room and got woken a couple of times during the night by people leaning on their car horns.

We had no problems during our stay. The rooms were decent and clean, the staff friendly, and the service was good. Breakfast was good too, though it’s best to go early if you want to avoid a queue.
