Sam made us feel at home straight away, even taking the time to show us around our room and point out some of the best places to see in Perth. We slept comfortably, and breakfast was wonderful. We’d love to return to Arsaig Guest House and would happily recommend it.

We were in Perth for two nights on a Scotland road trip, and Sam made the stay. She was welcoming and full of useful tips on places to visit. Breakfast was amazing both mornings. If we come back to Perth, we’ll contact Sam first about booking at Arisaig.

Breakfast was lovely, with good local produce, homemade bread, and homemade jams. Our room was comfortable and nicely decorated, and the homemade tablet was a great extra. Sam welcomed us warmly and had plenty of information about the area. It’s about a 10-minute walk into town, and we’d stay here again next time we’re in Perth.

Fresh-baked bread and Fair-trade tea at breakfast, and we were really well looked after. The room was clean and quiet, with a handy location for Scone or Perth city centre. Brilliant stay!

Sam is such a kind, friendly host, and we loved staying here. The rooms were warm and cosy, and breakfast was just right. A five-star stay from beginning to end. We’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone.
