The room was immaculate and breakfast was amazing. Peter made us feel right at home and was incredibly helpful. I’ve never met anyone more welcoming or friendly. We loved our three nights here and will be back. Five stars all the way 😊

We’ve stayed in four places on this trip. Two others also got five stars from us, and one was pretty forgettable, but this is our favourite. The hosts are delightful, and our room is comfortable and spacious. There’s a good range of breakfast options, and downtown is about a 12 to 15 minute walk.

We were out at an event all day and expected only to drop off our bags, since we’d said we’d arrive early. The owners went beyond what we expected and had the room ready for us. It was very clean, with a lovely room and en suite, and breakfast was great. I especially liked the fresh fruit. Fantastic stay, and I’d definitely return.

The owners were so accommodating when our schedule got complicated, and they made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing, and this has been our favourite place to stay in Scotland so far. I’d happily return on my next trip to the Perth area.

Such a lovely family-run spot. My room was bright, warm and comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. Thanks for letting us carry on working in the front room after checkout too. Cheers, guys! X
