Bed Breakfast Ingledene

We normally camp here in summer, and Sandra is just as amazing a host as ever. This time we had a fabulous one-night break at the friendly B&B. Breakfast was second to none. Thanks again, Sandra. See you in the summer xxx

I had to cancel our weekend booking after Jess Glynes cancelled her Foresty Live gig in Dalby forest at short notice. When I first phoned the hotel, they said a full refund would be fine. Once they realised we’d booked through booking.com, the woman changed her mind and told me to take it up with them. booking.com said any refund was up to the owner because there were only 24 hours until arrival. They spoke with the owners and then told me the offer was just 50% back. When I called the hotel again, the woman was very rude and offered no help with sorting it out. She kept repeating, "it's not my fault". Of course Jess Glynne cancelling so late wasn’t her fault, but it wasn’t mine either. She hung up on me and didn’t answer any of my later calls. Avoid this hotel and its inconsiderate, rude owners.

The area was lovely, and the room was gorgeous, especially the shower. It felt private and had everything we needed for a great holiday or a few days away. They were dog friendly with our Milly too. Thank you, Sandra xxx. We’ll be back soon, I bet 😘

The room had a real at-home feel, and we loved it. Such a lovely, friendly host. Definitely recommend staying here for a holiday.
