Premier Inn Pickering

Everything was good, and I appreciated having air conditioning. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. On humid nights, some fresh air would help, so the windows really ought to open, even just a few inches. That wouldn’t be a safety concern.

The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, and we all had a lovely stay. For our two nights with a child, we ate dinner there for convenience and thought the food was great. Breakfast was especially good if you’re a big eater. We know what to expect from a Premier Inn, and in that context the price and convenient location were great. The room was super, very clean, and had a lovely comfortable bed.

Awful first night after driving all the way from Coventry. We paid extra for a Premier Plus room, but it smelled of stale food and had stains on the carpet. We use Premier Inn all the time, and this place is atrocious. The only staff member told us we couldn’t eat because we hadn’t booked a meal deal. We were hungry on holiday after paying a lot of money, and the service was terrible. I wish I could give it no stars.

The room was quiet and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had a thoroughly enjoyable two-night stay, with easy parking and plenty of spaces. The staff were all helpful and had a good attitude. Breakfast had a varied selection. We didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening, so can’t comment on that.
