White Horse Farm Inn

A lovely place to explore the North Yorkshire Moors from, with stunning views all around. The food and drinks were excellent and reasonably priced, and our clean, comfortable room had everything we needed for a short break. Great hospitality too, would recommend!

We enjoyed our overnight stay so much that we've booked to return for longer in June. Dinner was lovely, all fresh and home-cooked, and breakfast had a good range to choose from. The coffee was great too. The hotel felt cosy and welcoming, with excellent service. There's plenty to do nearby, and the steam railway is a short drive away. Next time we plan to take it to Whitby.

The Sunday lunch was the best I've had in years, every part of it was delicious. I also had a lovely sticky toffee pudding and pasted for dessert. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and even gave me a leaflet about local dog walks. There's a pool table, an open fire and stunning views. I was lucky to stop by on my first day and would definitely return. Such a great little find!

It's a dog-friendly place, which is great, and we'll be back soon. The rooms were clean, warm and very reasonably priced, and breakfast was good. Friendly, helpful staff, good beer and well-priced food. The menu is small, but that's understandable for a small, isolated venue. The location is gorgeous.
