Private Parking, Urban Comfort & City Haven

We only stayed one night at short notice, but the bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. We were next to a major road, yet couldn’t hear it at all. The room was spotless and well equipped. Christina sent clear step-by-step directions for entering the building, finding the B&B and parking, so we could manage everything ourselves. Sadly, we didn’t get to meet the owner and thank her in person for such a wonderful stay. I’d definitely return next time I’m in Plymouth overnight, and would thoroughly recommend it. Thank you, Christina, for your care and communication, which made us both feel so welcome. 🙏

The location is great, just a short walk from the station or city centre. It was very clean, and the staff were really friendly. I’d definitely come back. I hope they find a way to avoid the single-use plastics in the room, like the toiletries.

Inside, it’s clean, very new and well fitted, but getting there was a struggle. We couldn’t find the address even with a phone and map, and the access lane and back alley badly need signs. We ended up moving a skip and coming in the wrong way. The front step is so high it needs a handrail. Since nobody is on site, you have to get the key-box code from the owners, but the website doesn’t make any of this clear.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the place was for a one-night stay. There’s a well-stocked kitchen for breakfast or a light supper, plus thoughtful touches like big towels and a spacious shower. Highly recommend it.
