The location worked brilliantly for the places we wanted to see, including Lulworth Cove, Castle and Swanage Railway. Janet and Peter were so warm and generous, and the room was spotless, with fresh flowers and a bathroom stocked with everything, even towels for removing makeup. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend.

We had a really quiet stay, with no road noise at all. I saw a comment about flashing lights and a generator, but I’m not sure where they were staying, as that wasn’t our experience here. The hospitality was lovely, the location is handy for Poole, and the accommodation was first class. I can’t fault it and will be back.

We’re already looking forward to coming back. The hosts are so welcoming and do everything they can to make the stay memorable. Our room and the facilities were excellent, and the meals were generous and delicious.

I’ve never felt more welcome at a place to stay. The owners are a lovely couple and have thought of so many little things that took the stay beyond what I expected. Everything was clean and comfortable. If you’re staying in Poole, this is the place, and I’ll definitely return.

The hosts were really lovely, and the place was clean with very good food. But it’s in the middle of an industrial estate, and the generator ran noisily all night with flashing lights. I didn’t sleep well. Sorry, because the hosts themselves were so nice.
