We picked this location for a visit to Monkey World, about 20 minutes away. There isn’t much within easy walking distance, but Poole is a short drive. We had a lovely two-night stay across several rooms. They were clean and had what we needed for comfort, except the skirting boards could have used a dusting. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the downstairs bar and social space was a nice place to spend time with family. Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good value, with plenty of choice. We’d happily recommend it and stay again.

The food was really nice, especially the lovely piece of fish. I’ve stayed at plenty of Premier Inns, but the staff here stood out. They were attentive, very polite and always smiling. Seriously impressed, well done.

The staff worked hard, were helpful and great, and the restaurant food was amazing. But you have to ask for your room to be cleaned. There was also an issue with the basin hot water in the morning, and the heating made a hell of a racket each time it switched on or off, loud enough to disturb my sleep. I stayed at a Premier Inn in December and didn’t have any of those problems.

The baby setup was reassuring: our room had a travel cot with a mattress, despite what some other reviews say. The room was quiet and clean, the bed comfortable, and we slept really well. Breakfast buffet had lots to choose from and was a good start to the day. Self check-in was fast and convenient, though it felt a little impersonal. Staff were friendly when we spoke with them. There’s a bar and restaurant onsite, plenty of parking, and no phone in the room. A solid, reliable stay at Premier Inn Poole North, and we’d be happy to come back.

The self check-in and check-out were especially convenient. The staff were friendly when we needed them, and the whole visit felt smooth and relaxing, with good value for money. My room at Premier Inn Poole North was clean, comfortable and well maintained.
