We had such a good afternoon at the Crown Market Street Poole today. Lisa, the manageress, is lovely and always welcomes us, and Brooke, Amy and all the staff are a pleasure to spend time with. It’s one of the friendliest, most accommodating pubs in Poole. The outside area is beautiful in the sunshine, and it would also be a fantastic place for a wedding or special event. A must-visit, highly recommend, 5* plus.

I recently worked as the magician at a lovely wedding at the Crown Hotel in Poole. The venue and team made a great impression. From our first interaction, the staff were warm, professional and genuinely accommodating, helping everything go smoothly for the happy couple. Thanks to Lisa and the whole team. My husband and I booked a last-minute break, and Vicky, Lisa and their team made us feel very welcome. They were happy to share tips on places to visit and things to do, which helped us have a really nice time. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable, with tea, coffee, biscuits and water. We also had a free parking space for our whole stay. We had a great time, thank you again, ladies. We hope to come back soon. J & S

Toni made sure our large table was ready, and Kirsten's homemade pies were absolutely delicious. We came as a big group for lunch and had a lovely time. Cosy, traditional pub, friendly service, and hearty winter food. We’d happily recommend it.

I photographed a wedding here last year, and the venue worked brilliantly for a relaxed celebration with a proper day-at-the-pub feel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the space was great.
