Bryn Bettws Lodge

We had such a lovely week here and can’t wait to come back. The setting is gorgeous, the staff are amazing and it’s super dog friendly. They were really happy to sort out anything we needed, and there are lots of great long walks nearby.

Finding a level spot for a tent was the main challenge, since most of the land slopes. Still, the campsite was clean, the amenities were well maintained, and food and drink were available if needed. It’s in a nearly perfect location up in the hills, beside easy to reach forest walks and cycle tracks. If you’re not driving, the ride back uphill at the end of the day is tough. There are houses nearby that can be a little noisy, though the campsite itself was quiet enough while we were there. Otherwise, the nearest shop is a long walk away.

The view was amazing, the food was great and well worth the price, and the staff were lovely and really friendly. My husband and I spent the night here for my birthday, and it was perfect, just what we needed. We can’t wait to rebook. I think this is somewhere we’ll keep coming back to 😁

Our room was lovely, really clean and tidy, when my friend and I stayed for a couple of days. The staff are more than friendly and will go out of their way to help. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend, A+!
