During my four-week stay, I had no heating or hot water for 13 nights at first, then only limited hot water for the rest of the time. The gas was cut off because the bill hadn't been paid, and the Wi-Fi was shut off for the same reason. The staff were rude, and after I raised it with the manager, Michelle, she never replied to my emails. An absolute nightmare. If there were a button for horrendous quality, I’d have chosen it. Stay well clear of these cowboys.

No hot water at all for four straight days during my stay. If you work in an office, you may never see anyone at reception. The service was pathetic, and I wouldn't recommend it.
