We had comfortable, very clean rooms and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the seafront and on the same street as many of the pubs taking part in the Blam Blam Ska Festival, which made it a great location for the weekend. There’s a car park a street away for £6 a day. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We stayed two nights and the hotel was much better than I expected. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. There’s a cheap long-stay car park across the road. Only complaint is the towels are too small, or maybe I need to lose some weight 🤷♀️

I’d choose this place over a deluxe hotel at twice the price. It’s quiet and immaculately clean, with comfy beds, good quality furnishings, fresh white bedding and kitchen facilities. Everything you need, and marvellous value for money. Irene and Jan manage it really well. They’re friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The staff were brilliant and caring, helpful with bookings and any complications, and friendly while staying professional. The rooms are pristine, though the decor is a little dated. Beds are brilliant, and the showers are very good in both the larger and smaller rooms. All round, a brilliant hotel, and one of the cheapest that doesn’t sound like a murder scene if you believe the reviews of other hotels.

The staff were so welcoming, and everything was spotless. My friend got a residents' street parking permit for the car, and they even arranged for an Indian takeaway to be delivered and left in the communal kitchen while we were out at a football match near Middlesbrough. A cheerful, affordable stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a budget place in Redcar.
