Halfway through the week and we're having a great time. There's plenty of room for the family, friends who come to visit, and a dog, and the cottage is well equipped and nicely kept. It's right by the river, and we love sitting in the front garden in the morning, chatting with passersby and watching the boats go by.

Enjoy the sunny, sheltered private decking beside the water with a morning coffee, taking in the River Yare views while you plan the day. There's also private fishing access for Peninsula holidaymakers if you'd like to cast a line. Yare Cottage is an end-terrace property and offers excellent accommodation throughout the year. The main bedroom has a walk-in shower cubicle and vanity unit, and the views over the River Yare are stunning.

A peaceful, friendly spot with spectacular views of the boats on the Broads and the train bridge. The cottage is really nice, though a few small things need fixing: the Hoover doesn't pick anything up, and one bunk bed step is broken. There are lots of local businesses nearby, including the Ship pub just down the road, the Lord Nelson, Reedham stores, and the fish and chip shop. The Reedham ferry is nearby too. A really nice place to stay, would recommend. Thank you.
