According to Trip Advisor and East Anglian News, the manager, John Allen, is supposedly Darren Palmer, a convicted fraudster. The place itself is basically a house adapted for guests, and badly at that. Want your credit card details stolen? Go ahead and book. I wouldn't book with this guy.
