Premier Inn Ringwood

Mia was honest and professional, and went out of her way to arrange the return of my watch after I left it in one of the rooms. It means a lot to me because it was a recent birthday gift. The team member who checked us in and then helped serve breakfast the next morning was fantastic as well. Thanks to all the staff. We’d definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a Premier Plus room, which was nice, quiet, and comfortable, and the meal deal food was good. I’d prepaid for it and didn’t upgrade or add extras. The restaurant does breakfast and dinner, but felt a little short on atmosphere since most guests seemed to be solo business travellers. That’s no fault of the hotel, and I’d come again.

The room was clean enough, the beds were comfortable, and we couldn’t fault either the breakfast or our Easter Sunday dinner. We stayed over Easter weekend in a family room, and the kids found a little egg the Easter bunny had left. Such a sweet touch, thank you! The downside was the people above us being extremely noisy. I spoke to reception, and they said they’d talk to them. I also felt for the very friendly young man who seemed to be working alone in the restaurant for most of our visit. He seated guests, took drinks and food orders, delivered meals, and kept welcoming new people. Whoever you are, you did a fantastic job!

I’ve been staying here every six months for a week at a time over the past few years, and finally got around to leaving a review. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, and the food is great. When I extended my stay and asked for fresh linen, Mia, who’d been helpful all week, brought me clean linen and towels too. Little things go a long way. Breakfast was great, including chef Claude’s, and so were the evening meals. Thanks to the whole team. I’m looking forward to next time.
