We stayed a couple of nights, starting 25.6.25. The place is gorgeous and so peaceful, and Emma made us feel welcome and relaxed. We were only an hour from home, but it felt like we were miles away. There’s a private back garden with sun loungers. The country pubs nearby are lovely for food, and the M&S Foodhall is a bonus, just a six-minute drive away. We’d recommend a stay. Everything we needed for a short stay, and great value for money. There’s plenty of safe parking on site. The place was warm, cosy and spotlessly clean, and we slept amazingly in the comfortable bed. With no street lights, it was completely peaceful and dark. A real home-from-home experience. We’d definitely stay again, highly recommend.

The room was great and very clean, with a bathroom and a little kitchen area. There’s a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle, but no cooking facilities. It’s ideally placed for Ripon, with a pub two minutes’ walk away. The host gave good instructions and there’s free parking. It was a little hard to find in the dark, though.
