Wi-Fi was free and stayed pretty steady during my stay. The room felt modern and clean, with a hairdryer, kettle and the usual basics. Toiletries were in dispensers by the sink and in the shower. It was easy to check in, and they sorted my request for a quieter part of the hotel without any fuss. The Premier Inn is handy for the motorway, just a short drive away. Parking costs £3 for 24 hours, paid at the keypad in reception.

The room was really cold, and we found hair in the bathroom. I picked it up and put it in the bin, though we didn't complain. We were also shocked to find that we had to pay for parking when we thought it was free. The staff were polite, friendly and respectful, with lovely smiles.

Getting around by public transport was convenient, and the place was affordable and clean. They do a good supper and breakfast meal deal too, so don't miss it.

We've stayed here regularly for a few years, and the staff are genuinely helpful, especially Brian. One thing that really needs attention is the upstairs carpet. The hallway by rooms 130 to 145 has smelled of vomit for a long time, and air fresheners haven't been enough to shift it. I hope they get it professionally cleaned.

Clean hotel, good night's sleep, and the staff gave great service. I'll be back soon.
