We had a fantastic Friday night at the Cross Keys Inn. The team were welcoming and professional, and the pub food was so good. We're both gluten free, and the menu worked well for us, with pretty much 90% adaptable. The steak was fantastic, breakfast was great, and the place felt homely. I'd highly recommend a stay if you're after somewhere authentic with a personal touch.

For £55, plus £10 for our dog, we weren't expecting a lot, but my partner, our dog and I had a really enjoyable night here over the weekend. We needed somewhere to stay while my partner went fishing. The room was cozy and tidy, with a big, very clean bathroom, and the people were welcoming. I was wary because of reviews mentioning road noise, uncomfortable beds and poor WiFi, but most of those complaints didn't match our experience. The room was a lovely size for a young couple. The shower pressure wasn't great and the temperature kept shifting from hot to cold. We got the TV working with Netflix and BBC iPlayer, though the remote seemed to need new batteries and the buttons took a while to respond. WiFi wasn't amazing, but we could manage. We also met the resident cat, who was very sweet. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We booked a Sunday lunch at the last minute, and luckily there was one slot left. The owners and servers were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was lovely, and the food was delicious. We cleaned our plates. The prices were what you'd expect for a Sunday lunch. We'll definitely come back.

The pub food was top tier, the staff were great, and the prices were very reasonable. The rooms are cozy and it's very quiet and warm, though the beds are a little hard and small. A lovely pub, highly recommend. Five stars.

The Wye Valley organic beef burger meal and the Sunday roasts were both the best I've ever had. I've eaten in plenty of pubs and restaurants over the years, and the food here was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend.
