Marie kindly extended my last stay and made room for me. She's a great host. The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast was nice. I'm happy to stay here again on my upcoming trip.

Maire was absolutely lovely and made a great host. Check-in was very efficient, and my clean, tidy room had tea and coffee. The shared bathroom was spacious, clean, and right next door. Breakfast was delicious too. Magnolia House exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It was really lovely, even better than a hotel.

Thanks for a nice, fuss-free stay. I was happy here, and I'll be recommending it to my Australian relatives when they visit Royston in August.

The rooms were spotless and the service was fantastic. Moira couldn't do enough for me. There were lots of free cereals in the kitchen, plus tea, coffee, and milk. I'd recommend staying here, and I'll be back next time I'm working in the area.

A warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble. I've stayed at this b&b twice and found it impeccably clean and comfortable each time. The shared bathroom felt a little daunting, but hasn't been a problem for me. The stairs are quite steep, so bear that in mind if you're unsteady on your feet. Breakfast is delicious, and I'd recommend this b&b.
