The room service breakfast was a lovely perk, with unlimited servings included in our breakfast package. We only stayed one night, but the staff were so attentive and welcoming, especially as it was our first visit. The room had a fully stocked bar, with items charged separately, and the amenities were locally sourced. It was peaceful and had a really warm feel. We left feeling well looked after 🙂. We'd happily recommend it and stay again.

The staff were pleasant and helpful while dealing with a stressful rush of people from delayed flights, and I would consider staying again. The hotel itself seemed lovely, but I came away disappointed. We waited over an hour for a drink, which seemed to be down to staff shortages, though it was much needed. I hadn't realised the entrance wasn't accessible for disabled guests, as I didn't know the area. The shower was only lukewarm no matter what we tried, and breakfast wasn't included. The food was really poor. I'd heard a lot of good things and was looking forward to the stay, so next time I'd go in with lower expectations.

The location is right in the centre of St. Hellier, and the staff were really helpful. We spent three nights there last week. On arrival, we were welcomed with a glass of prosecco and our bags were taken to the room, which had lovely decor, a safe and a fully stocked minibar. Parking was a tight squeeze past the service vans. We enjoyed the afternoon tea, with both sweet and savoury items, and the food in the restaurant and bar was very nice. The Michelin sample menu was tasty, though the trout roe put me off. We also visited the spa. There wasn't anyone at reception on our first try, so we went down to the pool area without getting a towel, which was our own fault. The pool was a little cold but had a jacuzzi section, and the steam room was good. The salt room didn't seem to be working. I'd go back and recommend the hotel.

The pool was large, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well soundproofed for our one night in St Helier. The sauna was out of order when we visited. Breakfast felt a bit basic for a hotel at this level.

Breakfast and a spa morning with my teenage daughter and a friend were both lovely. The spa and hotel staff were amazing, and the people in the lobby and breakfast room made us feel welcome and comfortable. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. We visited on 30 December 2025, and I can't recommend the hotel enough!
