Quay Apartments Clippers Quay

We’ve just moved out after more than four years at Clippers Quay, which says a lot about how much we liked living there. The flats are really spacious, and the shared lounge and gym are nice and well kept. Darren and his team do a great job of keeping CQ welcoming and safe. The location’s very handy too, close to Exchange Quay tram stop, about a 15-minute walk from MediaCity, and within easy reach of the Trafford Centre.

I’m in my second year renting here. The apartment is clean and in great condition, repairs are handled promptly, and reception staff are friendly and helpful. Darren really cares about the residents, and I can tell he loves his job. Transport is very convenient, and there’s a Coop nearby. Highly recommend. Kelly

The team puts on events for adults and kids, and the decorations around the building change often. Those touches make the place feel homey. The development is clean and secure, with lovely surroundings and a waterside walking path that I really appreciate for daily walks with my daughter. I’ve had great service every day from the property management and reception teams. I especially want to thank Mr.Haginson for his friendly, positive way of sorting out problems. He’s saved my day more than once. Living at Clipper’s Quay was a great choice while moving to a new city, and the experience has been five stars.

I love living here. It’s a perfect location in Manchester, with everything you need, and I can’t wait to use the balcony this summer. The communal kitchen and cinema space made a great setting for a housewarming with my close friends. Moving in was effortless. They turned things around quickly so I could move in, and even replaced some furniture, making it feel like I was the first person there. Haginson helped with the move and was so welcoming. Since then, Hanginson has stood out by going above and beyond with my questions and always being kind-hearted. Best place to live!
