Premier Inn Salisbury South Milford

The friendly service really made the difference at the Salisbury South Milford Premier Inn. John, the night host, helped us with our kit when we got in late from work and was so cheerful. Bella served breakfast in the morning with the same warmth. We felt very well looked after. The rooms were cozy and spotless, just as expected. Thank you!

The staff were wonderful when we ran into trouble with the AC, sorting it quickly and even giving us a spare key card. We’d booked an accessible family room and were pleased with its generous space, comfortable beds, tidy layout and clean condition. The roomy bathroom was well equipped for disabled needs. One small annoyance was the shower gel dispenser being awkward to reach. Breakfast was generous and there were lots of choices despite some supply shortages. It would’ve been useful to have a microwave to warm food or drinks, and hot chocolate at the drinks station for children. Clean, comfortable and welcoming, and we’d stay again with the family.

I was made to feel welcome throughout the bank holiday weekend and spoke with all the staff, including the chef. Inez especially went out of her way to look after me at both breakfast and dinner, and I wanted to thank her for that. The service was excellent.

The receptionist was helpful, polite and pleasant. My room was spacious and clean, and despite facing a busy road, it stayed quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, though the menu looked interesting.
