AJ's Bed and Breakfast

We had a really enjoyable stay, helped along by the friendly, genuine chap who seemed to cover reception, housekeeping and cooking. He was very helpful, and the place works well for families. Breakfast portions were huge and tasty, with staff making sure everyone was looked after. Younger kids can play with the toys in the little garden playhouse. There was plenty of on-site parking, even when the place was fully booked. Everything in town was about a ten-minute walk away, all along residential streets, which was manageable with small children.

Chaston Manor made a great base for exploring the island. The beach is a lovely ten-minute walk away, and we ate both evenings at the beachfront restaurants, which were very nice. We stayed for two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms were spacious, very clean and well equipped, and we all slept well. Callum was friendly from the moment we arrived and happy to answer any questions. Breakfast is worth having too, with a lovely cooked option plus a good range of continental food and drinks. We'd happily recommend staying here and would love to come back.

The team clearly cares, and the welcome was honestly warm. Service was very friendly, breakfast had plenty to choose from and tasted lovely, and it's good for kids too. One of the best places we stayed during our round trip on the Isle of Wight. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

The bed was so comfortable that I had the best night's sleep in ages. I usually wake up several times during the night, but this time I fell asleep and didn't wake until my alarm went off in the morning. The room was spotless, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were lovely and accommodating. We were well looked after the whole time. Can't fault the place.
