The owners were so friendly and made the stay easy. Breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were spotless and well equipped. I had a good-sized double, and my son’s single was very good too. Only small niggle was the shower lacked pressure, maybe it just needed a new head. Nothing dreadful.

The full English breakfast was delicious, and I couldn’t resist the homemade preserves. We got a warm welcome, and the spacious room was immaculate, with lovely quality bedding and a hot shower. It’s a really high-quality place to stay, with easy access by car to Lincoln and the Lincolnshire Wolds.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. I was in the area for business and chose this small B&B because of its great location. My single room was surprisingly large, clean and comfortable, and I slept really well. The facilities were excellent.

A good shower, plus tea and coffee facilities and a mini fridge in the room. The hosts were friendly, and everything was spotlessly clean. It’s a lovely B&B in a great spot for visiting Lincoln, with a comfortable room.

We stayed with our 9-month-old, and he was treated like a special guest. The room was cosy and comfortable, the people were lovely, and everything was impeccably clean. Would highly recommend!
