Brad & Sharon are such welcoming hosts, and we've stayed at the Ashcroft for the past five years. The location is great: Peasholm Park is a five-minute walk away, North Bay about ten minutes, and there's parking for four cars. Breakfast is delicious and sets you up for the day. Highly recommended.

The room and bathroom were clean, with a decent TV and an adequate shower. Peaseholm park is excellently placed nearby, and Brad recommended a great eaterie. I needed an early breakfast before a sporting event, and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was well cooked with quality ingredients, good coffee and nice yoghurts, including Greek. There was off-road parking and on-road disc parking too. I'd recommend it.

The room was really small, which was the only drawback. Everything was nice and clean, the welcome was friendly and breakfast was lovely. I'd stay again, but in a bigger room.

Back from a weekend at the Ashcroft, and we've already booked for next year. Brad and Sharon were brilliant hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The room was spotless and breakfast superb. We enjoyed it so much. Well done, guys. 10/10.

We had two wonderful nights with Brad and Sharon at Ashcroft in Scarborough. The place felt like home, with tidy, clean accommodation and a fantastic full English breakfast to get the day started. No issues at all, it's clearly well run. Thanks for a really enjoyable weekend. We'd highly recommend it and will definitely visit again. All the best from Andy & Allison.
