The reception staff were helpful from the start to the end, and the car park felt secure, which was reassuring. We stayed three nights in February 2026 in a two-bedroom duplex apartment. It was very clean and felt like a home from home, with a well-equipped kitchen and lovely views along the beach. The binoculars were a nice touch. After long walks, the spa bath was especially welcome. Some of the decor felt a little dated for five-star accommodation. I’d also suggest leaving more coffee pods in the room, and kitchen towel would come in handy.

My partner and I stayed over Valentine’s weekend, and the apartment was absolutely stunning. It was so clean, with lovely little touches, and it’s the nicest apartment we’ve stayed in. The staff went above and beyond, and we really appreciate it. Thank you so much for having us. We’ll definitely be back in summer.

The sea view was excellent, and there was more storage for clothes than you usually find. We stayed two nights and found the place really comfortable, with everything well equipped: digital TVs, a dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, big fridge and freezer, and a leather suite. A lovely stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.

Our annual family get-together at the Sands is a weekend for relaxing, and we love coming back. It's spacious, very clean and comfortable, with secure parking and such friendly staff. Can't fault it, highly recommend.

We picked a third-floor apartment for the Scarborough North Beach views, and it was well furnished, with a great TV, Blu-ray player and CD player. The reception team were friendly and really helpful.
