Madeline was the perfect host, and getting here from the M6 was so easy. The self-contained accommodation was quirky, lovely, comfortable and well equipped, in a beautiful part of the world. We had an amazing stay, with fantastic September weather as an extra bonus.

The Old Chair Workshop made a perfect base for our night away. It was comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed walking in the fells and having a fantastic meal at the Black Bull.

Everything we needed was here, including a lovely bathroom. The place was clean, with a modern fit out and a great location. The internet was good enough for us to run our IT business during our working holiday.
