Peggy and Rod were so genuine and did a lot to make us feel welcome. The snug was just right for two, with everything we needed, and it’s well placed for visiting York. Thanks again, 10/10.

Our Snug had everything I needed for a comfortable, memorable stay, and the hosts made us feel so welcome. I’ve stayed in all sorts of places, from hostels to luxury hotels, and this is the best one I’ve ever been to!

A quiet area, a secluded patio and a great location. The little cottage was perfect and well equipped.

We arrived for our four-night stay and were told there was no booking for us, even though we’d checked in online and had a confirmation email. We’re both in our 70s and had two dogs with us. A terrible experience.
