Breakfast was cooked to order and nicely presented, and the hosts were friendly. The rooms are a good size and cleaned every day. The shower runs on gravity, so you can't increase the water pressure, but that was only a small drawback. There are just a couple of off-road parking spaces, though free street parking is available nearby. A great B&B, and I'd recommend giving it a try.

A pretty beach is about five minutes away, and Shanklin old town is a six-minute walk, with loads of good places for afternoon tea and evening meals. The beach area is ideal for children. The B&B itself was lovely, friendly and very clean. Nothing negative to say, and we'll definitely stay again. Five stars.

The owners were brilliant, and our room was beautifully decorated and really clean. We stayed in July and had a lovely time, with lots of choice at breakfast. We'd certainly come back.

Mike and Sally were so hospitable and friendly. Mike cooked a really enjoyable full English, and Sally served it. Our bright, airy room was spotless, with a modern en-suite that was just as clean. The hot and cold drinks were replenished daily, and the room was serviced too. We had a very enjoyable three-day visit and wished we'd booked longer. Thank you, Mike and Sally.

We've been coming back for several years, and Sally always welcomes us like old friends. The rooms are kept lovely, and the breakfasts are superb. It's also in a great spot for both the town and beach. We've only just got home and are already looking forward to another visit. We'd always recommend this hotel.
