St Leonards - Guest house

Pat greeted us warmly, and that set the tone for a delightful stay. We were in room 5 on the top floor, which was bright, spacious and very clean. The location is great, about five minutes from the high street and a few minutes more from Shanklin’s beautiful old village. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice and huge portions that kept us going until tea time. We’ll be back. The location is great, and the rooms are up to a great standard. Pat, the owner, was especially warm. Lee and Elena.

Restaurants, the beach and the charming village are all within walking distance. It’s such a lovely place, everything is nicely arranged and clean, the host is hospitable, and breakfast is superb. We’ll definitely come back.

The whole stay was relaxing, and the B+B was very clean. My bed was really comfortable, as was the room, and breakfast was fantastic. Thanks, Pat. Mick and Rachel, on the motorbike.

Breakfast in the breakfast room was fantastic, with a great choice of cereals and a cooked breakfast that sets you up for the day. There’s ample parking, and the beach is about ten minutes away via the lift. Families are well catered for, with lovely, spacious family rooms. Pat makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in. Even before that, she helped us book our ferry tickets. The rooms are all decorated to a high standard and are very spacious. Can’t wait to return.
