The hosts had left tea, coffee, sugar and milk, as well as the most mouthwatering lemon drizzle cupcakes. Dogs are welcome, too. It's a great, spacious place for a getaway in a charming village, with a fantastic old pub and a Spar for provisions.

There's a nice pub with good food just a five-minute walk away. The place itself is clean and lovely, in a lovely little village, and we were welcomed with cake, tea, coffee and milk from the hosts.

The welcome and superb cake on arrival were a lovely start, and the accommodation was excellent and very comfortable. It's perfectly located for trips to Sherborne.

We liked it enough to book a return twice more this year. The place is lovely and clean, and the owners are very friendly. It's dog-friendly, too, and in a lovely little village.

Those cupcakes were so good they disappeared in a flash! The place was lovely, and the owners were very friendly. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Thank you.
