The mornings out in the countryside were beautiful, with fields full of wildlife. We spotted birds of prey and rabbits, and even some alpacas, I think? Sally was lovely and took great care of us. She even went out of her way to buy breakfast foods that suited our dietary requirements. I’d recommend staying here if you’re planning to visit the area.
Sally was such a helpful host, especially when we had trouble with our bikes. My girlfriend was taking part in the Castle Howard Triathlon, and it was about a 20-30 minute bike ride away, with a big hill. The rooms were lovely and the beds really comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Sally also knows the area so well. We had a great stay and can’t recommend the place enough! 🤗
We’ve been back to Hall Farm several times, and somehow it keeps getting better. Sally makes you feel at home, with freshly picked flowers in the room, lovely homemade cakes and a delicious breakfast. The room is spotless and comfortable, and she’s happy to help with anything. Waking up to that amazing view every morning is such a treat. It’s a special place, and we’ll be back soon.
The huge bed was so comfortable, and the setting is quiet with plenty of walks nearby. The views, room and food were all wonderful. Sally is a brilliant host and does everything she can for her guests. Amazing stay.
My dad stayed here while attending an event at nearby Castle Howard and thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodation is outstanding, and Sally makes every effort to look after her guests. Highly recommended.
