We had a friendly, accommodating BBQ at this lovely old house, maybe a mansion. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and there's a car park, which is a bonus. It's only a five-minute walk over the toll bridge, although Google Maps sends you the other way and makes it look farther away.

We've stayed here many times and will definitely be back soon. It's a quiet, peaceful, family-run place, and the hosts, Charlotte & Kevin and their family, are just lovely. The rooms are beautiful and the whole property exceptionally clean. Breakfast is superb, and everything about the stay is excellent.

Kevin and Charlotte were wonderful hosts, and I'd gladly recommend their hospitality to anyone needing somewhere to stay in the area. I spent one night and felt completely comfortable and well looked after. The house and its setting are beautiful and so peaceful.

The owners are very friendly and always willing to help. My bathroom was so sparkling clean it felt as if I was the first person to use it, and the quiet rooms were elegant and spotless. The beds were super soft, and breakfast was excellent and served in a lovely style. I recommend the local sausages. Beautiful hotel and top-quality service, and I'll definitely come again!

Charlotte and her team gave me a warm welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. It's a beautiful B&B on a quiet road, just a short walk from the town centre. My room was perfect, and I slept really well before enjoying a lovely breakfast made with excellent produce. If you're going to Shrewsbury, stay here. It's definitely worthy of its five stars!
