Hawkstone Park Hotel

I was very, very drunk, but before that, we were impressed by the beautiful grounds, elegant dining room and wonderful wishbone staircase. It was a gorgeous hotel and a great choice for our Christmas party.

The staff who took us to and from the Follies for our friend's wedding went above and beyond. They looked after everyone with drinks and canapés, and shared information about the history of the Follies. The team were accommodating and supportive all through the wedding, and the catering was superb. The drinks were very reasonably priced for a hotel and the food was amazing. Breakfast produce was lovely, though it wasn't as hot as we'd have liked. We stayed two nights for the wedding on 8.8.25. Our room was superb, with a very comfortable bed, curtains that completely blocked the light, and everything we needed, plus a fan, iron and ironing board, kettle, drinks and milk sachets. The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful. I wish I'd taken their names so I could thank them, especially the lady on reception. Thank you, Hawkstone Park Hotel, for making the day so special and looking after all the guests 🥰

Our ceremony was in the cave at the follies, with the reception at the hotel. The views were breathtaking, and I'd strongly recommend the Follies for couples who want an intimate wedding. Abby was very accommodating when we had extra guests for the wedding breakfast and more for the evening reception, all at the Hawkstone Park Hotel. Abby and Howard made the day run smoothly, with no stress or issues. Our guests complimented their work, and the food was delicious, served warm and on time. The hotel was spotless, our belongings were moved to the bridal suite, and there was a lovely surprise waiting when we went to our room. Abby also helped set things up the day before. Over 18 months of planning, she was always polite, responsive, kind and welcoming to us, our family and guests. Abby and Howard were exceptional through a very long day. We can't thank them enough for the wedding of our dreams. We'll always remember your kindness and hard work, and be grateful to you both. Thank you both so much. The hotel has a lovely setting for playing golf, and it's within walking distance of the Hawkstone Park follies. There are also some nice pubs in nearby villages. Meals are available through the day in either the restaurant or golf club. It does feel geared toward golf and corporate visitors, so it suits golfers especially well. The rooms are pleasant, the staff very polite and helpful, and there's a water dispenser for filling your own bottle. A fridge in the room would have been useful. Breakfast mainly caters to cooked breakfasts, so it's not great for vegetarians or anyone needing gluten-free options, though it probably suits golfers.
