The walks nearby were lovely, and there was plenty of parking. We all came away feeling refreshed. We booked through Airbnb as a group for the weekend and were amazed by how spacious and clean everything was, with great facilities for the money. We'd definitely return.

The breakfast hamper was a lovely touch and everyone enjoyed it. We had everything we needed, and the house was spotless when we arrived, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen and plenty to keep us occupied. Sorrel House is a beautiful, unusual place, with lovely gardens and a handy base for walks and trips to nearby towns. We felt very welcome, and our family holiday there was memorable. Thanks for having us.

We were a group of 12 staying for the weekend. This is a peaceful rural place to stay, well placed for exploring the area. The former Inn is lovely and has been made into accommodation with six double bedrooms, each with an en-suite. The hosts were great, and offered to cook for us one evening. We took them up on it and really enjoyed the meal.

Victoria was a warm, welcoming host and a wonderful cook. We gathered as a family after lockdown and had such a good time that we're going back next year. Sorrel House has a lovely garden and lots of different rooms to explore. The bedrooms are spacious and well equipped with quality things, and the beds can be set up as singles or large doubles. The rest of the house is just as well equipped, especially the kitchen, which is to a very high standard.
