Room 6 suited the two of us well, with an en suite and French doors opening to a small patio seating area. Breakfast was excellent and the value was superb. Jo and Graham, along with Otis the rabbit, gave us a warm welcome at this lovely guesthouse. There's a spacious car park out back and a large, well-kept garden with a patio. The spot is handy too, with a lovely walk through the Byes behind the house and just a short walk into town and to the seafront. I'd happily stay again when I'm in Sidmouth.

We just got back from two nights and had a really good time. Jo and Graham were fantastic hosts, and we had a good laugh with them. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was lovely, and the location was fab. Only disappointment was that I couldn't have the garden chairs I wanted for my bar. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We had a comfortable, relaxing stay at Southcombe Guest House. Jo and Graham welcomed us warmly, our room was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. It's a short walk to the shops and seafront, and off-road parking was a huge bonus. We hope to return to the Southcombe very soon.

Breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The owners were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. It's a short walk to both the town centre and the beach. We'll definitely stay again.

Everything we needed for a lovely stay was here: a comfy bed, great breakfast, and a very clean place with nice owners. Thanks for making my birthday stay so lovely. I'd highly recommend it!
