The breakfasts are hard to beat, and Peter might even tell you how he gets his poached eggs just right. Kim and Peter are lovely hosts, always happy to help. The place is very comfortable, and each room has its own table and parking space.

I had a wonderful week here and was looked after so well. Kim and Peter made sure nothing was a bother for them, and they were just as thoughtful with the other guests. Breakfast was a real highlight. There was something for every taste, and everything was delicious. I loved having porridge, followed by smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. I still have to come back next year to try the black pudding! My room was spotless and comfortable, with everything I needed, including lots of proper wooden coat hangers. I also had a little garden with a table and chairs. The towels were thick and lovely, and the shower worked well and had great pressure. They welcomed me warmly even though I arrived early, and brought a tray of tea up to my room. Such a nice personal touch. Thanks so much 😊

The gardens are lovely for relaxing and so well kept. Kim and Pete made the stay memorable, and we'll be back after our best four nights in sidmouth. We got there a little early, and Kim was very accommodating. Our room was number 8 on the ground floor, spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. There was a walk-in shower and soft white towels, with shower gel provided. Breakfast came hot and fresh, served with a lovely smile. You won't be disappointed, 11/10 🥰👍

We felt really well looked after from the moment Kim welcomed us and showed us around the accommodation. She was very hands-on, which we appreciated, and we had a laugh with both her and Peter. They're such friendly hosts. Breakfast was amazing. My boyfriend and I are foodies, so that says a lot! Our room was cosy and the bed super comfy. We couldn't ask for more, and we'll definitely book here again.

The breakfast was the highlight, with Peter cooking excellent food from really good produce. Peter and Kim are caring hosts who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The thatched accommodation sits in lovely grounds, close to Sidmouth, Beer and the Donkey sanctuary. There's also a lovely pub across the road that serves excellent meals. Great location, price and friendliness.
