The place smelled so clean when we arrived, and the reception staff were friendly and happy to help. The location is brilliant and very quiet. We got two keys, which was handy, and the accommodation was well equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, plus the cleaning products and cloths we needed. The rooms are big, and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever stayed in. The pillows were very thin, though. On the second day we asked for a ramp to get a wheelchair in, and they sorted it out quickly. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely book again.

A quiet, secluded spot, just far enough from the hustle and bustle. It makes a good base for getting around Skegness and Ingoldmells.

The caravan site was clean and lovely and quiet. The local beach is about a 10-minute walk away.

The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you'd expect, so we could have lived there quite comfortably. It was clean and tidy, and reasonably priced, with a shop not too far away. The carpets and furnishings are a bit dated. It's a good way out of Skeggie and Ingoldmells, but a good walk never hurt anyone.

We’ve stayed in plenty of caravans, and this was the best one. A fantastic stay.
