The rooms and lounge were spotlessly clean, and breakfast was lovely with plenty to choose from. The owners are so kind and brilliant. Thanks for everything, we’ll be back very soon and many times after that.

Charlotte was fantastic at breakfast, introducing herself to all the guests and showing hosting skills that were second to none for such a young girl. Your parents must be proud, and you should be proud of yourself too. Keep it up, you’ll go a long way. Those five stars are especially for you, you deserved them. My hubby and I stayed in Room 2 last week for a long weekend. Angelique gave us such a warm welcome and even helped with our luggage, something we’ve never had before when going away. The room was spacious for the two of us and absolutely spotless. Breakfast was yummy every morning, and nothing we asked for was too much trouble.

Kevin and Angelique were such friendly, brilliant hosts. The hotel was spotlessly clean and breakfast was great. I’d definitely stay again.

We spent five days here and had nothing to complain about. The rooms are modern and clean, the staff are lovely, and breakfast is fabulous. Charlotte, thank you for the lovely bracelets. A small fridge in the room would be the one extra I’d suggest. Highly recommended.

The double bed was comfortable, and the room had plenty of space. Towels, a kettle and hot drinks were provided. It’s in a lovely area, about a minute’s walk from the busy parts of Skegness.
